Hands On, Minds On
Our founder and CEO Dr. Harvey Dean was the student who needed to be actively engaged in his learning. He needed to create, tinker, build, and experience the concepts. It’s the core reason why hands-on education has always been our focus. An engaging learning environment leverages both the tactile and the cerebral. Win-win.
Preparing students to be workforce ready begins early. Employers clamor for employees who exhibit soft skills including critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, creativity, collaboration, resilience, flexibility, initiative, and empathy. STEM is socially interactive; these skills can be organically and purposefully fostered. Soft skills are STEM skills.
Any Age, Any Ability
STEM education is for all students. Students at any age or ability level can find a way to connect with concepts through varied manipulatives, customization, individual exploration, and individual interest. Learner-centric environments are the hallmark of 21st-century STEM experiences and student successes.
